01. WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE ORDER ARRIVES?
Si no estás en casa cuando la empresa de mensajería realiza la entrega de tu pedido, te dejarán una nota en el buzón indicando que han pasado a realizar la entrega y en la nota estará especificado un número de referencia.
Puedes telefonear a la empresa de transporte y acordar día y hora para una segunda entrega o bien puedes ir tú mismo a recoger el paquete en la oficina más cercana de mensajería. Por razones de seguridad todos nuestros envíos requieren ser firmados por el receptor.
02. WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE ORDER AND I DON´T LIKE THE ITEM?
If you are not at home at the time your order is going to be delivered, the transport company will leave you a missed delivery attempt note with a reference number.
You can telephone them and decide if you want a second attempt delivery or you prefer to pick it up at your local sorting office. For security reasons all our shipments require a reception signature.
03. WHAT IF MY WATCH STOPS WORKING?
If your product is damaged during the warranty period, please contact us and we will help you to manage the use of it. You can also contact directly the Technical Service of the brand closest to your home that you can find in the book of instructions-warranty that accompanies the product. Our goal is to provide a fully satisfactory after-sales service.

Watches and jewellery shown as available are currently on stock.
05. HOW DO YOU SEND THE ITEMS?
For domestic shipments we use a next-day delivery service with CorreosExpress. For international shipments we use an express delivery service with Fedex.
06. WHICH IS THE DELIVERY COST?
The costs of the deliveries are calculated during the checkout process.
07. CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE?
Yes. You can place an order by simply calling us at +34 93 722 09 06, from Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Please note that when placing an order by phone the only payment method available is bank transfer.
