RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns

At Clicktime we try to describe every item as accurately as possible and display it with many images so you can have a real idea of how the product looks like. However, if once you receive your order, the item is not what you expected, you can return or change your purchase. You have up to 30 days from the reception of the product to return or exchange your order. You can also exercise your right of remorse by sending an e-mail to logistics@clicktime.eu and we will respond informing you of how to proceed with the return or exchange.

Once you have filled out and sent the return form that you will find in the section "Returns and exchanges" in your account, you will receive the instructions so that you can send it to our facilities:

All merchandise must be returned in terms of their original compliance status, products only will be refunded if returned in their original packaging with the label and in perfect conditions to be sold. Any items damaged in any way whatsoever, worn or dirty and whose condition does not allow to be sold cannot be exchanged or refunded and will returned to the client assuming the cost of it. Items received in perfect conditions to be sold will be refunded with the payment method that was used to place the order. Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

Shipping returning costs are at your own. Feel free to choose and use the shipping company that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive prices but, in order to have more control over your return, we recommend that you use a shipping service in which you are provided with a tracking number so you can know where your parcel is at all times. If the client does not accept the option to recover the product that is not possible to reimburse, Clicktime will keep the item.

Once we receive the product and check that it is in perfect conditions, we will proceed to refund you. If we need to refund you via bank transfer and it is out of the EU, the cost of the transfer will be deducted from the total.

Until we receive the product, we will not be able to issue the refund.

Exchanges

If once you receive the product you prefer to change it for whatever reason, you can fill out the return form that you will find in the section "Returns and exchanges" in your account and you will receive the necessary instructions to proceed with your exchange or you can send us an email to logistics@clicktime.eu and a member of our team will help you.

Please specify which is the new item you want to receive and add a note to the parcel you are returning.

All products can be exchanged as long as the product is in the same conditions we've sent it and in it's original packaging and without use. Otherwise, Clicktime reserves the right to reject the change.

Once we receive it, we will contact you to process the new order.
