Once your order has been dispatched from our facilities, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your shipment and the shipping company used so that you can follow up your order at all times from the transport company page.
At Clicktime we work with the best courier companies on the market in order to guarantee the greater effectiveness in all our shipments. For this reason, we work with the following companies: Correos Express, FedEx, Ups and Mrw and we use air express delivery for all orders.
Delivery times are indicated in the product page. Orders that include several items will be made in a single shipment and the delivery time will belong to the article with a longer delivery time.
Please note that all orders received after 11am will be processed the next day, so the delivery days of each product will start counting from the time the order is processed.
Delivery time scales
Delivery times vary among 24 and 72 hours. In rural areas delivery time may be delayed.
We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that shipping companies fulfill them whenever it is possible.
Orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the European Union can be affected by customs and this could imply the payment of custom duties, which are on your end.
However, the percentage of deliveries controlled by customs is very low but we think our clients must be aware of it.
Shipments are calculated once the shipping address is entered. The costs will be calculated automatically and you will see them in the summary of your order.
Claims on reception
The customer will have up to 24 hours as of the reception of the order to check the products have been received properly. After these 24 hours no claims will be accepted for flaws or failures with the shipment.
An order will be considered as delivered when the delivery receipt has been signed by the customer. It is in the next 24 hours that the customer must verify the status of the products and expose all objections that may exist.
In case of receiving a product damaged by the transport, please proceed to contact us within the first 24 hours in order to file a claim with the shipping company. Moreover it is advisable to report the shipping company about the damage using the following contact phones:
