HOW TO USE MY WARRANTY?
All the products available on Clicktime.eu are totally brand new and 100% authentic, accompanied by their official presentation box, certificate of authenticity and international guarantee.
The warranty of the watches varies from 2 to 3 years depending on the brand. This information is indicated in our portal on the detail page of each product.
The guarantee of the jewellery is 2 years. If the jewel is not accompanied by your guarantee, you can use our invoice as a guarantee in case there is an incident with the product.
If your product is damaged during the warranty period, please contact us and we will help you to manage the use of it. You can also contact directly the Technical Service of the brand closest to your home that you will find in the book of instructions-warranty that comes with the product. Our goal is to provide a fully satisfactory after-sales service.
For the following brands, (Asics, Tous, Ania Haie, Chronotech, Lorus, Nixon, Pulsar, Radiant, Watch&Co, Welder, Wenger, Maserati, Police, Ice-Watch, Adidas, MAM, Victorinox, Jason Hyde, Karl Lagerfeld, GC, Guess, Nautica, Seiko, Superdry, Timberland, Rosefield, Mr.Wonderful, DKNY) you can choose to send the product to the Service Desk in Spain. In this case, please be aware shipping costs are at your own and the service desk will send it back to you once the item is repaired. Eventually, if the product is out of warranty, you will be charged 15€ for shipping costs.
If your watch runs out of battery during the first month, please go to the nearest watch store to change it. Contact us later and we will refund you the cost of the battery up to a maximum amount of 6€.
