General terms and conditions of employment
These Contracting General Conditions of Contract (hereinafter CGC) regulate the conditions of purchase of the different products offered on our website: www.clicktime.eu, owned by CLICKTIME GROUP S.L.U. (hereinafter CLICKTIME), a Spanish company, with business licence B66992041, and located at C/ Rambla 174, 2-4, 08201, Sabadell, Barcelona - Spain.
Users who make purchases on www.clicktime.eu fully accept these CGC and will be bounded by these, as if they were written at the time of purchase.
It will be an essential requirement to read and accept the CGC, prior to the purchase of any product at www.clicktime.eu
CLICKTIME reserves the right to modify the CGC at any time and without prior notice. The CGC will always be accessible from the website, so the user can consult or print them at any time.
The payment through credit card will be charged at the time the purchase is made. If the user wants to cancel the order before the shipment has been made, he/she needs to notify us as soon as possible via email or telephone so we can proceed with the cancellation of the order and the total refund of the amount on the credit card.
If you choose to make the payment by bank transfer, the management of the order will start once we have received confirmation of the transfer in our bank account.
If, on the other hand, you choose the financing option, please note that the interests derived of the financing will be supported by the buyer and these are fixed by the financial institution (except in the case a free of interests’ promotion is running).
If the user has a PayPal account, he/she can use it to make the payment. Personal details and shipping address will be inserted automatically login in at PayPal. Users have to take into consideration that in order to be able to ship the package, PayPal address and shipping address of the order must be the same.
You can use Bitcoins or digital currency as a payment method for your order.
Lastly, the user can pay with Bizum. If you chose this option as a payment method you should indicate the order number and follow the instructions we will provide if you chose this type of payment.

The sales contract
The information registered by CLICKTIME constitutes a proof of the order and of the entire transaction. The information recorded by the payment system is also an evidence of the financial transaction.
In the event that the product purchased by the user had been run out of stock or was out of stock at the moment of placing the order, or was took off by the manufacturer, and this information could not have been updated correctly in the website, Clicktime Group S.L.U. will contact as soon as possible with the user in order to inform of the new delivery deadlines, or to proceed with the refund of the amount of the purchase in case that the user was not satisfied with the new conditions.
We reserve the right to carry out without prior notice the modifications that we consider appropriate in the website, being able to modify, delete or add both the contents and services provided through the same as the way in which they appear presented or located in their website.
CLICKTIME may reject an order at any time, especially in relation to non-paid invoices.
All of our prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) charged at the current Spanish rate.
For all those countries outside the European Union in which VAT does not apply and all those companies registered intra-Community operators of the European Union, we will proceed to refund corresponding VAT once the order has been delivered and the customer has contacted us to ask for the refund of VAT.
We have no control over prices listed outside CLICKTIME, including Google ads in cache, shopping channels or any other site. We are not obligated to provide products at a different price other than ours.
At Clicktime we reserve the right to exclude discounts and promotions of some brands due to strict brand policy.
The delivery time of each item is indicated on the detail page of each product. Although we strive to strictly accomplish with these estimates dates of delivery, during very busy periods it could happen that they are not accomplished.
For reliability and convenience reasons, we ship with the following courier companies:
- Spain and Portugal: CorreosExpress and MRW
- Rest of Countries: Fedex and Ups
Unfortunately, as with all delivery services, there are very exceptional circumstances that can lead to parcels not arriving within the indicated time frame or getting lost. In these cases, we try to ensure the delivery of the item as soon as possible using all possible by all means contacting the courier company and trying to locate the parcel.
You can also contact the courier company with the tracking number that we provide by email at the moment the order is shipped.
In the event the package is lost, we cannot take any action, neither refund the order nor replace it, until the courier company fully confirms the lost.
All orders shipped by CLICKTIME require a signature to be delivered. Our courier company will not deliver any package if it has not been signed.
Please note that in a multi occupied building, couriers are allowed to have the package signed by all those in the building that can confirm the reception of it. Our courier companies consider that a package has been delivered once the package is signed in the designated address. It is your responsibility to make sure the recipient is in the delivery address to get the parcel.
If an item is returned to us because it was not possible to be delivered to the recipient after several attempts, we reserve the right to charge the return shipping costs of the package.
When you receive the order, you have to inspect the packaging to make sure it has not been altered whatsoever in. If it seems to be altered or the product has an anomaly, you must contact us within 24 hours as of the date of reception so we can find a solution for you. It is important to file the claims within the established time frame because once it ends up we cannot assume responsibility for the subsequent problems for losses or damages in the product.
In accordance with current legislation, products may be returned within 30 calendar days since the receipt of the goods by the customer. The user can use this remorse right by sending an e-mail to email@example.com and Clicktime will proceed to reply informing on how to proceed with the return or exchange of the product.
All merchandise must be returned in terms of their original compliance status, products only will be refunded if returned in their original packaging with the label and in perfect conditions to be sold. Any items damaged in any way whatsoever, worn or dirty and whose condition does not allow to be sold cannot be exchanged or refunded and will returned to the client that will assume with the expenses of it. Items received in perfect conditions to be sold will be refunded with the payment method that was used to place the order.
Make sure you have read our “returns and exchanges” policy located in the bottom section of the website and that you understand it entirely. It does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Returns and consequently refunds are treated as soon as possible. The volume of such returns is unpredictable in the seasonal periods but most of them are processed the same day of their reception.
Shipping returning costs are at your own. Feel free to choose and use the shipping company that best suits your needs or offers you the most competitive prices but, in order to have more control over your return, we recommend that you use a shipping service in which you are provided with a tracking number so you can know where your parcel is at all times. If the client does not accept the option to recover the product that is not possible to reimburse, Clicktime will keep the item.
Do not throw the original packaging of the courier company until you are sure that you have received your order correctly. If you receive a damaged product or do not agree with what you ordered, remember that complaints must be made within 24 hours as of the date of receipt, otherwise, we reserve the right to reject this claim.
Risk of change
The risk of loss and damage of the product is assumed by you since the moment the product is delivered to the delivery address.

We are official distributors off all the brand we have on our catalogue. All our products are brand new and original and we ship it on the original brand box with brand certificate and international warranty (minimum of 2 years ; pepends of the brand)

An order can be canceled if we are previously notified by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by chat or phone..
All orders can be canceled without cost as long as the order has not been send. Otherwise, Clicktime cannot stop an order that has already been released to the shipping company.
